POST Doctor Agreement Accept
Record in the database that a doctor has accepted the SurgiPrice™ agreement. Requires the LoginKey from Doctor Login.

Result Description
If the LoginKey is invalid, the API returns the string "Invalid access"
If the LoginKey is valid, the API returns the HTML for the Agreement as found in Doctor Agreement
