POST Doctor Agreement
Display the HTML to the doctor for the doctor agreement. Requires the LoginKey from Doctor Login.

Result Description
Returns the HTML for the Doctor Agreement. If the doctor has not accepted the agreement, a link will be provided for the doctor to accept the agreement. If the agreement has been accepted, the time that the doctor accepted the agreement is given.
